Technical Support Ticket System

Skydel provides a billing system along with a ticket system. You can raise Technical as well as sales tickets round the clock. Usually ticket will be answered within a short period of time. On weekends this may vary a little!

The reply tickets will be notified to your default mail address. You may reply to the notifications. A Copy of your ticket will remain in our ticket system. All the tickets created by you will not removed at any time.

Once your problem is solved please make sure to make reply to us saying the issue is solved or not. So we can move those tickets from our active ticket system queue to closed. Once you logged into your billing/ticket system go to the support menu and select to display closed or open ticket listings.





 

Sales and Billing Tickets

Sales and Billing tickets can be generated from here! This is for the convenience of all users. You may not need to login to our billing or ticket system to create a Sales/Billing related queries.

Note, all the tickets generating from billing/sales system will not send to our technical support people. Technicals tickets must be created from here! only. [Login required]
