Established in 2006 as a reseller hosting package. Skydel is a privately owned and privately funded hosting company. Skydel offers 4 special hosting packages on Windows and Linux servers with java. We provide all the facilities to start your own website using the latest technologies. You can register the domain at lowest rates.

We have started this unit not just to start some business like anything, but purely service and customer satisfaction in mind. Most of the big hosting companies will never able to provide personal attention to each and every customer problems/queries. Skydel is not such a big. We are a small Unit which provides enough space for webhosting purposes at a very reasonable cost. You may find a number of other providers at very cheap and HUGE amount of hosting space availability. Our servers are hosted at Softlayer United States. All the servers are High End. Our technical support team is not in-house at present, except sales. We are very passionate about the business we own.

Reliability
You may wonder how we arrange so much of accounts on a single server[shared] to host websites of different users. A shared hosting server will be used to host more than one user or one web site. Also, it does not mean there is no limit in that. Definitely there is. We have limited the number of websites hosted on a single server based on the following criteria. Space, Bandwidth, Processing power and Memory utilization. The space given to you will not be over utilized for any other users hosted with us. This means suppose our storage capacity is 100GB and we have 100 skydel platinum users. The next new user to skydel will be hosted on another new skydel server. A 24/7 technical support is available for skydel users.

We are much concern about the users who registered with us how effectively they are utilizing the facilities and the services they have got. Skydel assures the hosting space and domain name manageability in a very easy way. Users are provided with control panels for hosting space and domain management. Secure
Skydel servers are optimized against the latest security vulnerabilites and attacks. All of our servers are scheduled for weekly security checks. You may read our privacy policy for more information. SSH to our servers are blocked. If any users need SSH access, he may need to provide necessary proof. Servers are secured using inbuild policies and firewall as well as external hardware firewall such as juniper. Only one FTP user account will be provided to all type of hosting accounts. This is to ensure no two users will be able to modify the files simultanously. The backup of all user acounts will be scheduled on daily and weekly basis.
